If you quality under our field of membership, you must complete a membership card and deposit a minimum of $25.00 in a share account. This entitles you to all the services of the W-G Federal Credit Union.

Our field of membership includes employees of Wyman Gordon Company, Fallon Clinic and Health Plan, U-Mass Memorial, Charles River Labs and W-G Federal Credit Union.
As employees or retirees of the select groups, your immediate family members are also entitled to join the Credit Union.

All deposits in the Credit Union are federally insured by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA) up to $250,000.00 and in some circumstances you may be insured for over $250,000.00.

Because all Credit Unions are member owned! Each member has the right to vote at the annual meeting, which is held in April, to elect the board of directors. The volunteer Board of Directors set the policies and procedures. Credit Unions are “not-for-profit”.
Any profit that the Credit Union realizes, are given back to the members in the form of dividends.

When you join W-G Federal Credit Union you purchase a “share” by making a deposit into your account. Members pool all their funds to make loans to one another. It’s always been people helping people.

Supervisory Committee

The Supervisory Committee, which is appointed by the Board of Directors, is responsible for the soundness of the Credit Union’s financial records.
